Tired, old 3-Tab shingle roof with a ton of staining from algae and roof vents.
Tear-Off Time!
This project went very smoothly with little rotted decking found, but we didn't take any chances and installed high performance GAF Tiger Paw synthetic underlayment and heavy duty ice & water shield in all the valleys and around all roof penetrations. It's like having a roof underneath your new shingles.

These homeowners stated that the difference in their house with the new roof was "night and day!"
