The owners of this home knew that this location, in the current real estate market wouldn't take long to sell, but they also did not want to run into any issues with a home inspection. The existing home's exterior was old cedar wood shake and had been in place for about 40 years. It was time.
They wanted to ensure that the exterior was in excellent condition, as well as provide a more modern look. We suggested they go with James Hardie siding. They chose the Mountain Sage color in the ColorPlus standard colors.
Win - Win!
The owners were thoroughly pleased with the results and almost kept it for themselves. They ended up selling and getting a little more than their asking price.
