Home Renovation - Phase One
These homeowners purchased a home in Port Royal Plantation a few years prior and were finally wanting to update it from the old 80's vertical wood siding and architectural shingle roofing that just made the home look blah.
New aluminum standing seam metal roofing being applied, with high temperature ice and water shield providing a water-tight membrane below the metal. This roof will never leak nor rust.
Home Renovation - Phase Two
With the new metal roof installed, we could start Phase Two. The existing wood siding was to remain in place, saving on replacing wall insulation and exposing the home to the weather. The new James Hardie straight edged HardieShingle is being applied over a new water-resistive barrier. It is completely transforming the look of the home to a much more modern and clean appearance.
