The homeowners were looking to freshen up the look of their home to match the newer homes being built on the same street.
First things First...
Removing siding and framing in supports for the new window awnings.
Fixing previous issues that the builder left behind...
Added support while we reframed all of the front structural posts. The builder had backed into one of them and never straightened it.
Huge upgrade in shingle quality...
Removed the low-grade architectural shingle and felt paper installed by the builder on this custom home. Just because a home is considered custom, does not mean they will use higher grade materials.
Installed Certainteed Belmont designer shingles in the color Black Granite.
Changed the look...
The new Certainteed Belmont shingles simply standout from standard architectural shingles and give the home a much more elegant look.
New paint and awnings...
The homeowner also decided to re-paint the house to an awesome grey tone and the new black standing seam window awnings that we built made it all pop.
